Refunds & ​Returns policy

If you aren’t completely satisfied please contact us and will we do our best to resolve the situation.

The buyer may return wine to Boydell’s if: 

  • The delivery is damaged and contains broken bottles or the label integrity is compromised in any way. The wine has a technical fault. Any non wine item is damaged and cannot perform the function for which it was designed and advertised.
  • Boydell’s is not responsible for the cost of return delivery.

Boydell’s will not accept return for goods if:  

  • Wine is sound but not to the buyers taste. Buyer changes their mind. Buyer supplies incorrect delivery address.
  • Boydell’s will exchange wine if it is not to the buyers taste. All cost of return and delivery of exchanged wine are to the buyer.

General policy:

  • Incorrect address details will be subject to freight costs at the customer’s expense.
  • Boydell's reserves the right to substitute vintages in stock run out situations.
